    Hey guys i made a thread last week about having an increased appetite n ive put it down to my upped exercise regime/totm.

    However ive found im snacking more regularly n dont know if this is ok? Im snacking on pork scratchings or cheese strings (no more than 1 each per day) and occasionally a small bag of walnuts (from morrisons 2.3g carbs for the pack).

    Do you think im hindering myself by doing this n should maybe go back to clean and green??
