    Weeeell long time no see Minimins! I've spent the past year or so piddling about thinking I can go it alone, it's all common sense after all, but have now conceded that I can't. So here I am, having rejoined SW yesterday, 12lb heavier than the last time I posted :(

    I will be turning 40 in November and want to be fab and fit, not fat and frumpy.

    I'll kick off with yesterday's diary - for once I didn't have the munchies and I'll credit this to the fact that I was busy running around with the family all day. I am totally a boredom eater. I'm going to include all drinks, as I'm aware that I often don't drink enough fluids.

    Breakfast:
    35g porridge - HexB
    250ml semi skimmed milk - HexA
    Sliced banana
    Spoonful of fat free natural yogurt
    1tbs honey - 2 syns

    Lunch:
    Thai style mugshot - 0.5 syns
    Side salad

    Dinner:
    Chicken with black bean sauce - 5 syns
    Boiled rice
    Apple

    Snacks:
    2 plums

    Drinks:
    2 mugs of tea with milk from allowance
    1 glass of water
    1 mug of peppermint tea
    1 mug of camomile and spiced apple tea

    Total syns - 7.5

    Well I've either not had time to come and update my food diary, or been too knackered, this week thanks to various curve balls but I've stayed on plan and lost 3.5lb at my first weigh in today :)

    I also bought the new recipe book at my meeting today so will be seeking some inspiration later.

    While I'm here I'll post today's food plan, although a few more syns will probably feature at some point.

    Breakfast:
    Banana
    Muller light

    Lunch:
    Bacon
    Scrambled eggs with spring onion
    Creamed mushrooms using 60g Kerry Low Low - HexA
    Clementine

    Dinner:
    SW bbq pulled pork
    60g wholemeal roll - HexB
    Sweet potato chips
    Side salad
    Pear

    Syns:
    Coleslaw with dinner - 1
    Dashes of milk in tea/scrambled eggs - 1
    Options indulgence belgian chocolate fudge (mmm) - 3

    Clearly I am supremely crap at updating my own diary but for once it's not because I've given up, just a combination of busy and knackered. I've stuck to it 100% for the past two weeks and lost another 2.5lb this week despite being poorly with man flu (which usually means comfort eating).

    I'm still feeling really motivated and have just celebrated with a very late (due to sleeping in and having to leap from bed to WI) breakfast of fruit salad and ff Greek style yogurt. It was bloody lush!

    I maintained this week. I'm actually quite disappointed as I've followed the plan 100% and was hoping to get my half stone this week.

    I'm going to make more of an effort to put my food on here this week to see if anyone can see if I'm doing anything wrong.
