    Right, if I'm going to go it alone I'd better start a food diary on here - please do feel free to tell me if I'm doing anything wrong!

    EE day

    Breakfast
    28g porridge oats (HEB)
    350g unsweetened soya milk (HEA)
    (meant to have grated apple on it but forgot)

    Lunch
    Pasta n Sauce with milk from my HEA
    1 level tsp light spread (1 syn)
    Chicken
    (meant to have a small side salad but forgot)

    Dinner
    Roast chicken (no skin)
    Roast potatoes (using Fry Light)
    Broccoli & cauliflower
    Gravy made with granules (1 syn)
    Pear for puds

    Snacks
    Asda Puffin bar (7 syns)
    Muller light
    17g bag of Quavers (4.5 syns)

    Yesterday was a write off. Went something like this

    Breakfast - was so drenched and cold when I got to work that I treated myself to porridge from the canteen, which was far too yummy to be low fat.

    Lunch - quorn chilli with rice from the canteen again. This was probably the only healthy thing to pass my lips all day

    Mid-afternoon - chocolate mousse that was far too sickly.

    No fruit all day. Forgot to have my tea altogether and consumed a bottle of wine at after work wrinkles with the girls.

    I feel like ***** today though and I'm sure it wouldn't have been do bad if I hadn't missed a whole meal.

    Back on it today.

    Missed as too hungover, had 2 spoonfuls of Weetabix and then threw them up 30 mins later anyway :rolleyes:

    Chicken chow mein takeaway - 7 syns

    Bit of a weird day. I have some nerve inflammation in a wisdom tooth so it is very much hit and miss what I can eat without aggravating it.

    I ate weetabix and soya milk for breakfast and actually cried with the pain after. So it has been mostly toast today.

    On the other hand, I haven't snacked much at all and I did have a nice free casserole for tea.

    Back to the dentist about it tomorrow where apparently my options are root canal or extraction. I am really hoping for root canal as previous experience tells me that extraction will mean an enforced liquid diet for some time :(

    Okay so I spent most of last week winging it and had a huge blowout yesterday. STS the week, so back on the SW wagon today though, and back to my food diary!

    Breakfast

    Alpen light bar - (3)
    28g Porridge (HEB)
    made with water, ff yoghurt and topped with raspberries

    Lunch

    2 potato waffles (7)
    2 fish fingers (3)
    Baked beans, egg fried in fry light

    Dinner

    Quorn chilli con carne and rice
    topped with 28g grated cheese (HEA)

    Other

    Milk for tea (1)
