Right, if I'm going to go it alone I'd better start a food diary on here - please do feel free to tell me if I'm doing anything wrong!

Yesterday was a write off. Went something like this

Breakfast - was so drenched and cold when I got to work that I treated myself to porridge from the canteen, which was far too yummy to be low fat.

Lunch - quorn chilli with rice from the canteen again. This was probably the only healthy thing to pass my lips all day

Mid-afternoon - chocolate mousse that was far too sickly.

No fruit all day. Forgot to have my tea altogether and consumed a bottle of wine at after work wrinkles with the girls.

I feel like ***** today though and I'm sure it wouldn't have been do bad if I hadn't missed a whole meal.

Back on it today.

Bit of a weird day. I have some nerve inflammation in a wisdom tooth so it is very much hit and miss what I can eat without aggravating it.

I ate weetabix and soya milk for breakfast and actually cried with the pain after. So it has been mostly toast today.

On the other hand, I haven't snacked much at all and I did have a nice free casserole for tea.

Back to the dentist about it tomorrow where apparently my options are root canal or extraction. I am really hoping for root canal as previous experience tells me that extraction will mean an enforced liquid diet for some time :(

Okay so I spent most of last week winging it and had a huge blowout yesterday. STS the week, so back on the SW wagon today though, and back to my food diary!
