Ohhhh I know that one! Im not a Chef but have ran bars and restaurants for years ( im in the process of walking away from it) If your not in the middle of a LONG shift eating anything that comes your way coz its the oonly chance you have got, you are sat at the end of that long shift sinking something very alcoholic which generally leads to eating something bad! Im not in that lifestyle anymore, but i dont envy anyone trying to lose weight that is! xx

Been there and done that. But looking at food all day made me sick of it. Then I changed career lol. And doubled my weight lol. I used to be a very thin 6.5 stone for my 5,5 height and looked I'll. Then went up to my heaviest 13,8 after my too kids. Iv just lost 2.7 from jan this year and feeling brilliant for it. Good luck xxx

Hi to all you newbies... I was an assistant manager in a restaurant and we served cream teas as a speciality in the afternoon. Soo tempting to have a dollop of cream on a scone every other few mins... but the weight piled on. That was some twenty odd years ago and am only now getting to grips with losing it.
Don't despair - it can be done - and I wish you all the very best on your journeys....:)
