:break_diet:well i put myself up for the august challenge and i blew it lastnight,and i'm sorry.i had to many vodies and ate 8 pkt crisps,two rounds of bread and butter and a WHOLE soddin victoria sponge and a garlic baguette(sp).so i've let us down.i go camping on sat to blackpool aswell!what am i going to do.i weighed myself this morn and i'm disgusted to say i'm back to 14 st 9lbs and i have no one but myself to blame.sorry about the rant,i know it serves me right,but i promise to get back o track rigt now,,,so here goes:cry:
