Hi everyone, having been around much this last week, tough week :(

I started to pick at food last week then eventually gave in and ate the whole week:cry:

But I'm back on track again this week, felt a bit nervous getting weigh today due to the 1lb I put on last week but what a surprise I got I lost 6lbs

So happy I luv this diet:worthy:

As everyone else has said, well done for getting back on again. I had a small blip in Wk 3 and it has made me more determined to get to my goal as quickly as possible....
