    been to slimming world this afternoon its my 5th week and thought id had quite a bad week but the scales showed diffrent story 5 pounds off :) which means in total iv lost 1 stone 4 and a half pounds in 5 weeks im so happy and just thought id share it :)

    That's such good going Kellie! Why did you think you'd had a bad week? I was discussing this with my class yesterday - sometimes when I think I've had (or actually have had) a bad week...I lose better! There's a real thing about being too strict with yourself sometimes. There are times I've been totally good as gold and not lost a jot and been really frustrated. But then times I haven't (but still within plan...just eating more syns etc)...voila!

    So...great news you and keep it up!

    That is fab! really inspiring as im in week 2 of SW atm and was thinking about how long its gna take me to lose this weight but that loss has officially given me an extra boost of motivation :)

    well i had stuck 2 plan apart from my 1st takeaway since starting i had a kebab wrap and some chips and belive me i was totally worth every mouthfull lol, but even though id stuck 2 plan im findin that im not really hungry much so im having 2 force some meals down me 2 make sure im gettin breakfast,dinner and tea everyday so im not even snackin a lot and in my 1st week i got told i wasnt eatin enough so i was just worried but there was no need 2 b lol, i almost quit after my 1st week aswell and am so glad i never now :)
