doing well have now lost 2 1/2 stone as of today! but im on ca;; for work which i h8 :( what a gr8 fri night, plus im on allllll wkend :(

Hey Chell and everyone,!!! I'm okay, really pleased it's Friday and everything but am a little gutted as only lost 3lb today, I haven't got masses to lose - just over 2 stone but everyones loses are so great I was hoping for about 5lb, but I guess in reality I'm only on day 11 as had early weigh in week one! Just need a little pick me up from you all ....purrlease??? :) x

Well thats probs why chick!!

And plus 3lbs is a pretty good loss.. Thats pretty much the same as what i lost in the second week too!!

It varies each week its very rare some one will have a consistant loss!!

Hope your doing ok!!

Any one doing any thing exciting??

well its friday Im making a b/day cake for my friends party tomoz night, im on my 4th attempt hopefully i got it this time! Went through 3x 1.5kg of flour, a whole big bag of caster sugar and 3 small tubs of butter plus 1 lg tub of stork marge and 15 eggs lol (would of been cheaper to buy one) Iv never made a cake no bigger than a 8" b4. Apart from that im good and cant wait for my weekend to start. :)

its just a plane vanilla sponge, im still trying to figure out how im going to get this one out of its tin with lout it breaking i half lol. its been in there now 15 mins, I need it to cool so i can fill it with buttercream and jam then i need to ice it and decorate it, Im against the clock im at work in the morning. yawn! Any ideas how i can do it?? lol. poor cake. Did you use plain flour?

if im totally honest, im feeling awful, im mentaly and physicaly exausted! ive fallen into a pitty trap with a girl i cant get rid of, my throat is killing me...

completely crap tbh...

Jan - haha no wish it was, 3lb in a week ( I lost 4lb in my first 4 days). Nevermind, thinking about it I dont think I've ever managed to lose half a stone in two weeks so I'll be okay, just hope the loses continue as that would mean two stone in 8 weeks...
I'm doing something nice as well this week, going to a local day spa with the girls for nice relaxing time, massage etc, sadly no food :( will take a soup and see if they'll make it up in a bowl for me so at least I can eat that for lunch with the girlies!!!!! :)


Ohh cake Charlene, aren't you clever!! my fave is coffee and walnut ...yum...xx

Good because I feel thinner and someone called me skinny this week! I'm not but...
Tired because I am on call for a week and have been up three nights running, and had to work during the day.
Worried- because I have an essay due in on Thursday and have not started it.
Excited as I have a weekend at home with my family
So many feeling, just hope I am not called out tonight otherwise I might cry!!!

I always do that Charlene, so I have no advice!! it happened to my daughters birthday cake last year...ended up kind of squashing it back together and putting a load of butter icing on the top - no-one noticed!!!:p

If all else fails, just buy a cake tomorrow!!

Has anyone seen the giant french fancy cakes in Tesco??? They're bday cake size.!!!
If I wasn't on this diet, I probably would have sriously contemplated buying one and try to eat it all myself hhahha, how greedy is that.?? But in my defense those little ones in the box are nice and one was never enough.:p:p
