Our consultant would say that if you're hungry you're not doing it right. Why not eat something? Doesn't have to be a syn item but even fruit and yogurt or some pasta or lean meat?
I have Crohns as well I was only diagnosed last November at the age of 38 and even now they are only 95% sure.

I have been following SW for near 2 years but not lost a lot as I am such a slow loser and my body doesn't seem to process food properly. It never has done.
Try white rice or white pasta as that is usually safe for Crohns. I am lucky I can eat fruit and veg at least I don't seem to have bad reactions.
Eggs are also considered safe I think basically white low fibre food is good in an attack
Do you have an ibd nurse you can ask for advice.
I was also told keep bland nothing spicy or chilli hot would that help?
I forgot to say my specialist thinks I an lactose intolerant as well so no yogurts I eat Soya yoghurt most are 2 syns each.
Lactofree or dairy free milk as my hex a.
There are loads of Soya or almond milks you can choose in your hex a list.
Boiled white rice is also meant to be a stomach settler
