Today i have eaten 2 x crumpets and jame

2 x toast and jam

M+S low fat risotto meal with a pitta bread and 6 wedges

Morrisons low fast cereal bar thingy

Is that enough> I am really ungy now but don't want to pig out especially with my 4lb gain today grrrr

your eating mainly carbs which turns to sugars in the body. Dont be so hard on yourself. eat more fresh fruit and veg, food like bread and jam will make you feel stodgy. good luck :)
