Low carbing is the only way I can seem to lose weight. I first lost a stone in 4 weeks when I first started, that was 2 years ago. Since then I have battled putting the stone back on and then loosing it again. Had a rough month this month and have gained a stone, was already half a stone heavier than my comfortable weight. So now I have 1stone7lb to lose. Struggling to deal with the carb cravings though, so hard but know they will disappear after a week or so, good luck!
