I was so pleased to lose 8lb in my fourth week. :clap: 2st 2lb in a month. BMI also under 40 My friend who has lost weight on SW gave me a load of her smart work clothes. Tailored trousers size 16 and they almost fit So pleased haven't braved the bridesmaid dress yet but hoping that is not far off. Done mainly SS+ all week. Here is to next week may not be as much as had a meal out on Sat. Ketotic again now so hopefully a small loss this week.
