Last week i lost 1lb, this morning just 3lbs:cry:. This diet is so hard to do then losing 4lbs in 2 weeks. Aaah i just feel like crying. i have a driving lesson with a new instructor in less than an hour and i just dont feel like doing anything now. for 28 days, now 29 i have been 100% so why is the weight still not falling off? Help me before i go insane:confused:

are you drinking lots of water? doing exercise?
at least the weight is coming off slowly so will more likely stay off in the long run.
hang on in there. its takes our bodies time to adjust when dieting!

You have to look at your losses as a whole. It might only be 4lbs in 2 weeks but its 23lbs in 4 weeks. Thats an average of 5.75 a week which certainly isnt to be sneezed at. Besides 3lbs a week is pretty much the average weight loss on a VLCD anyway.

For what its worth Ive been having a bad few weeks myself weight loss wise but I know if I keep at it the weight has to come off - its a physical impossibility for it not to. So just hang on in there and it will happen.

You lost 'just' 3 lbs? That's not 'just' that's great. Remember the expected weight loss is one stone a month. That's 3.5 lbs a week so 3 is a great result if you're expecting much more than that - you could be disapointed x

I opened this thread really intrigued, but looking at it you are losing weight! You've done fantasticly well, if that was me I would be really pleased. Your losses speak for themselves. I doubt on any other diet you would have lost so much in this short space of time!
Keep your chin up your going great guns
