    Hey guys,

I did this diet a good two years ago, lost weight, and then regained ALOT.

I then kept coming on and off the bandwagon.

As soon as i came back to the site id fall off and start eating again for a few months,

Anyway, i decided i wouldnt rejoin the site until i had lost a certain amount for a few weeks as i felt rubbish for posting and then dissapearing.

So, ive dropped from 18 stone 12 to 16 stone 9.

Its not ALOT alot, but it has dramatically changed how i feel and definately how i look.

I now only have 3 stone, 4 tops to lose untill im at goal weight, which considering how big i had gotten is such an achievement for me.

And now im going steady i hope to be able to become a regular boardie if youll have me!

Hi Mellum, you've done so well!

I'm very similar - lost 3 stone with WW, lost the plot and put 2 back on then started LT two weeks ago at 17 stone (second weigh in tomorrow :))

I want to lose about the same as you and yesterday managed to get into some 16 jeans (yes, it was tight!)

Good luck with your week, I'm rooting for you :D

    Aw thankyou girls :)

And from your stats as we are all roughly the same height (im an inch taller at 5'9)
So i think our goal weights are pretty similar!

poppyseed, its brilliant squeezing into a size smaller isnt it!
I dug out some size 14 jeans an hour ago, after hauling it over my fat arse i can actually *just* about do them up...sure...theres a muffin top but if i tuck it all in and stand still and not move, i look pretty alright ;)

    Heres to being skinny minnies!

Absolutely agree. Two stone 3lbs is a hell of an achievement. Hope that has established a pattern for you to ditch the rest. Good luck.

Hiya Mellum and welcome back. A great achievement losing 2 stone already, babe. All being well, you could be your perfect weight by July or August. Every dieter on this forum probably understands that yo-yo guilt and frustration but you sound really positive and determined and I think you're going to be brilliant! :D
