....got her second silver seven in as many weeks! She lost another 4lb this week!

When the leader asked her how she had done it, she said she had given up bread and butter, and snacked on swede, plus walked LOADS. From what she was saying, it did sound like she's pretty much given up all carbs, but that kind of weight loss on a woman already so slim cannot be sustained surely! I wonder how far from goal she is.... Whatever it is, it's obviously working - well done ISW!

Thats unreal!! Does she have lots to lose?My weight loss is slowing down. Lost 4.5 first week put on half second week lost 3.5 third week stayed the same 4th week and a mere pound off this week. Losing heart now as have been so good the last 2 weeks and only a pound off. :(

I agree Laura & Hannata, it's an incredible loss but I don't think the diet nor the weight loss are sustainable. I reckon ketosis *nods*

Eek! I agree with other posters, that just doesnt seem good or healthy at all, if shes slim how is she going to sustain? Once she starts eating carbs again shes gonna put weight on surely? The mind boggles!

I gave up carbs for a few weeks and the weight was dropping off but I couldn't do it as a life change so it all went back on and more! Keep positive ladies! Slow and steady wins the race!!!! :)
