overworked underpaid mum!
hiya, just almost at the end of my first week on red, after feeling lousy for a few days today i feel soooo much better! i've tried searching, but can't seem to find much on following the red only plan. in fact i think i only know 1 other person on here doing so. need to find some inspiration for future weeks as i think i'm on red to stay. surely there is more than 2 people doing all red here?
