I can't find any official 'lipotrim' advice on this but have heard a lot of lipotrimmers saying that you're not allowed soda water, so i'm going to play it safe and stick with my sparkling.. :)

I was always under the impression that Soda Water was the same as Sparkling Water, its just carbonated water.

Thanks girls its just easier to ask for in the pub, and its free of charge. If you ask for sparkling water you usually get a small expensive bottle.lol.....

Looks like there are extra acid and salts in it though, so it could interfere with Lipotrim and affect your losses.

I originally thought it was the same, but once I googled it, I can see its not.

Soda water out of the pump in UK pubs is sparkling water and not true 'soda water' so dont panic! Its the bottled stuff that has extra salts in it!
