    Friday 11th July

    Bfast - 2 scrambled eggs on 1 slice dry wmeal toast 250 cals
    Lunch - mushrooms, half can chopped toms on 2
    slices wmeal dry toast 250 cals
    Dinner - WW ready meal and veggies300

    Snacks - fruit, various 200 cals
    Milk for coffee 200 cals

    Total - 1200
