I started the Sole Source Plus diet on Tuesday(12/05/09)...I just wanted to know if there was any team I could join with fellow Sole Source + dieters??

hiya im getting prepared for wed for sole source, just cutting out on carbs in prep for it! must see doc first due to medication would love to keep in touch and support each other, how you doing? are you in ketosis yet?

You can look on here and there are plenty of threads that you can pop in on and chat. This site is a godsend and you should just chat and chat and everyone will keep you motivated

 

Hi Dimples & Lifetimeloser, I am new too and will be going on the Sole source on 21/05/09. I have to go and see the doctor first to get a mediacal form signed before I can start and then to see my counsellor on 20/05/09. I have been posting on here for a few days to get the feel for the place. Everyone seems really helpful and interested when you post which is very supportive. Good luck to you both. x
