Hi All,

So im starting Exante a week tomorrow after a practice day today ( a very good friend gave me a shake,bar & soup for me to try before i buy!)

The only real question i have is im hoping i can do TS 100% but can i switch between TS and WS depending on what sort of day im having!!???

any advise would be apprieciated!!

Yes you can switch from TS to WS and back. As long as you eat high protein, no carbs, very low fat on your WS days, it's okay.

I tend to do WS if I know I have a social engagement - and I plan it in advance to stop me from going off the rails!
