After spending what felt like hours in the drinks aisle in sainsburys i found that their basics range apple and blackcurrent or orange squash has only a trace of carbs per 100ml. Hope this helps as it has me. I dont drink hot drinks or fizzy so it gives me a change from plain water.

Im ok with plain water but the odd glass with 'something' in it will make a different to me.
