well this week im in a rite lil fettle with myself plan wise. i only lost 1/2lb weigh in wed. since then ive been doing pretty crap aswell. last week i did fab so i dunno where my motivation has gone. it is star week so ive been craving sweet stuff. also i started work full time so eating at work has put me off a little as ive been eating same stuff every day which has bored me. guess i just need to pull ma socks up and stop being daft.
