well this week im in a rite lil fettle with myself plan wise. i only lost 1/2lb weigh in wed. since then ive been doing pretty crap aswell. last week i did fab so i dunno where my motivation has gone. it is star week so ive been craving sweet stuff. also i started work full time so eating at work has put me off a little as ive been eating same stuff every day which has bored me. guess i just need to pull ma socks up and stop being daft. :banghead:

thanx again to you both, ive been writing everything down untill wed lol, so back to writing everything down. been doing lots of red days so going to mix them up a little. got me hols in 7 weeks so desrved the slap haha x
