I basically just make a big red X on a calender for everyday that I follow my diet, after a few days I will have a chain going. The thing that makes it fun/easier is to make sure you don't break the chain! Keep the chain going!

It puts a huge emphasis on each day. Just 1 day could break the chain. I use this website as the calender

This could also be used for any goal you might have.

It helps me stick to my diet a lot!

This looks like a brilliant idea and will certainly take a look.
I believe anything that we use to visualise our goals so that we can reach them, can only beneficial.

That's because my challenge starts today and I haven't completed the day yet =D

Although for the sake of demonstration I may as well check day 1 off right now.
