    Me again!

Well ive spent the past 3 hours looking through the site at WW recipes, points of things etc and have made a shopping list which is being delivered on Saturday. I have reassessed my points as of my weight I am today as I keep on going up and down into the next stone bracket :( so I am now allowed 22 points. Hoping that point makes all the difference!!

ive ordered the 30 day shred thats been mentioned on here, thats due to also arrive on Saturday, however, as theres no time like the present I will be starting all over from tomorrow morning.. So 22 points it is, and ill be weighing every thursday from now on. I have planned a Chinese for Saturday as i know i will be alone and watching tele so it maybe nice to have somthing as a treat in my first week and as a trial and error thing I have realised there are some things I just cant have, these include Curly Wurlys and Rich Tea buisuits.

This is the first time i have 're-started' an eating plan with less then 4 stone to lose. I aim to lose a stone and then see how I go from there, as after a stone i would have hit my original target...

So fingers Crossed for me please! Im so desperate to get to target, I have realised that its not going to happen on the One year anniversary of me starting my weight loss journey (28th August 2009) but if I can hit target as close to going back to uni as possible. Early october, Ill be happy..

Start Weight : 13 stone 2lbs. (damn gaining 7lbs in less then a week!)

Once Jillian put's you through your paces you'll get to goal...and if you don't she'll probably hunt you down and make you cry. I can't decide if I love her or hate her but damn am I scared of her lol.
You have already lost an amazing amount of weight, you can totally do this. You are organised and prepared for this final stretch. We are all here cheering you on!

Hey hun! Good luck, i know it's difficult, but at least you've decided and changed everything now which i know will make you feel better and more happy, i'm still sure that you haven't gained that 7lbs, maybe just check in tomorrow morning on the scales to be on the safe side! ... even though i know your starting a fresh! :)

if i find any veggie recipes that sound good i'll send em your way! and good luck with 30 day shred! i may join you.. if i'm not too scared ha :D

keep up the amazing work hun :) we will both get there eventually xxx

Thanks both.. im actually kind of excited to start afresh, because to everyone else im just working towards my target and havnt changed anything im doing..
Thankfully i dont have loads of unhealthy foods that are mine in the flat so don't have to do a total clearout of foods. I have to say though i can't wait for this 30 day shred to arrive. i know im not going to eat my AP gained from it.

You can do it....might invest in that dvd myself. I'll be wrecked though I would say but as they say "no pain no gain". I am sure that your scales are acting up. I know that when I was weighed in the hospital yesterday I was up 1lb since Monday....2 days I don't understand how that could happen. :(

    thanks ladyvegas,
I dont think my sclaes are acting up at all now. Ive replaced the battery, moved them to a hard floor and there on equal level, I just think my body likes rebelling on me, and is making it even harder to for me to get to goal. I think 7lbs is a bit exstanusionate but its the way my body likes to make me pay! Still hopfully onwards and downwards from now on x

Am jelous of you!!! I fancied him for months n months (but shhh ;) )
Yep i like rugby and wales as much as he does. We are both part welsh but like to admit to being more welsh then we are!! nightmare!

The one thing I miss about being a veggie is that the puds and yogarts I can't have, they all seem to have Geletine in them. Thats why I love the Jelly, as they dont have any geletine :)

I quite like the fact that I can't have many sweet, as the ones I used to absolutley love were Wine Gums. I'd buy value packs from Asda for like 34p and you'd get a huge bag.. yummmy!!!

I can eat Tutti Fruities though, absolutley love those.
Ah I feel im having a good day today, im not even over points today.! :)
