Soo much to lose!

Im starting CD tommorrow! im excited but scared that it wont work out how ive planned it in my head. ive tried the counting carbs and going to the gym every night but it felt like such and uphill struggle with the amount of weight i needed to lose and fitting all this around work was so tiring.
i just hope i can stick to this as i know how much happier i will be with myself. im hoping that keeping a diary will motivate me and keep me focussed on my goal !

hey and good luck . Just had to say , you are only 4lb more than I was whenI started CD ... it does seem impossible at the beginning , but I am now so close to goal and am amazed how it flew off !!!

Its much easier to make smaller goals .. like , get through I hour , 1 day , 1 week , loose 1 stone ... this way it seems much more achievable and you will hit goals often and that feels great :)

keep the positive attitude and you are sure to succeed :)
