soo need to do it this but keep messing up

Hi I done this diet before lost 5 stone in 11 weeks but come off it and put 3 stones on I feeling so down about my weight but shockily I still don't stick to it if any one has any tips for success I would be so gratefull xx
 
Hello! What is is you are struggling with? Is it getting on plan or staying on plan? If you struggle getting on plan, try carb reducing for 2 or 3 days prior to switching, or start on SS+, then work down to SS. Drink lots of water, if you feel tempted by anything then have another pack, or a little bit of protein.

If you are struggling to stay on plan then do something like write a diary, write the reasons why you are doing this, it's mind over matter. Once you have a few days under your belt, you won't want to spoil it. You can do this xx
