soon to join but need some advice

HI,

Im due to join on wednesday but my monthly big shop will be done by then can anyone give me some must have to buy or sw essentials, the only issue i have is that i do not like quorn but eat absolutely any thing else.

Your help is much appreciated

Lean meat, pasta, rice, variety of salad and vegetables, potatoes, eggs, baked beans, Muller light yoghurts, low fat cheese, mugshots, weight watchers hot chocolate (if you need a choc hit!!)
 
Fry light spray to make yummy chips, omlettes etc!

I'm guessing you get your fresh veg and stuff during the week so my storecupboard/freezer staples are:

Frylight
Frozen veg, green beans, onions, peppers, spinach
Passata
if you shop at Asda grab some frozen garlic, ginger, and chillies
Pasta
Rice plain and Batchelors savoury Rice
Egg noodles
Dried herbs: Herbs De Provence, Sage, Thyme
Stock cubes
Spices: Paprika, Garam Masala, Chinese Five Spice, Garlic powder and onion powder (for SW burgers)
Eggs, eggs, eggs!
I also buy a small sack of spuds from the Farm.
Lentils, Red and Green
Chickpeas
(I don't really like Baked beans but if you do get a stock in)
Tinned spaghetti
Granulated sweetener.
