Back to SW today. I was a target member this time last year after losing 2st. Crept back on when I stopped going to group and now have a stone to lose.

Today's food...

GREEN

Breakfast: coffee with milk (HE)
Lunch: leak&potato soup
Bread (HE)
Dinner: jacket potato
Beans
Cheese (HE)
Snacks: tomato mug shot
Bread (HE)

Back on track and intend to start running again at the weekend :)
 
3rd January 2013 - Extra Easy Day

Breakfast: Coffee with milk (HE)
Lunch: Mug Shot (3)
Dinner: Reduced fat sausages (4) Vegetable Fritata
Snacks: Cheese (2) Fat free yoghurt

Total Syns: 9

Cooking steak, chips and roast Mediterranean veg tonight. Enjoying a white wine spritzer while the sw chips are boiling away.
Waisted some syns today on a bag of crisps (5) and on olive spread (1) so only 4 syns left. Stretching out the spritzers!!

Does anyone have any steak sauce ideas?
