Hi everyone! :D
I joined ww last wednesday and initally started of ok then I hit the weekend and it all went down hill.
I blame the hormones (time of the month) Back on track today tho :)

My name is Soph and i'm currently 14.13 my goal is 12.13. I'm allowed 21points on the plan.

Any comments are welcome as I will need help

Tues 14th

B: X2 WW danish bread 3.0, l/f spread 1.0 and jam 1.0. Small glass of tropical juice 1.0. Milk for coffee 2.0. Total for breakfast 8.0

tb: x2 lemon and ginger ww biscuits 1.5

L: Pasta ravoli homemade with o.o sauce. est 5.0

D: Prawn Paella will need to work out points.

Exercise: gym 80 mins
