Sorbet. Yay or nay?

Hey guys,

Trying to do my Tesco shopping online and using this forum to get some yummy things for when my sweet tooth hits!

Just wondering what kind of syns are in sorbet?

I'm looking at the mango and blackcurrant sorbet from Tesco if any of ye have any ideas?

the tesco sorbets are 6 or 6.5 syns for the raspberry per 100g

What I do is weigh out 200g of frozen berries a good sprinkling of sweetener and a big dollop of syn free vanilla yogurt and blitz it up and then you have your own icecream/sorbet type dessert for 3 syns for the whole lot and it makes a big bowl full.
