Hi guys,
Well I have tried and tried and tried to continue on LT but I just cant hack it anymore. I don't know why but something in my head is just not clicking for me.
I think the fact I have loads of social events coming up doesn't help because I know I'll cheat then so end up thinking 'what's the point?' every other day.
I do however want to continue to lose weight and I am thinking about following Atkins. Has anyone tried this? Any advice?
I do hope to get back on LT after Xmas as my social calendar will be calmer then and think I may have renewed vigour.
In the meantime am I still welcome to show my face here? xx
