    Well I am in London and 2 days into my ETM course. It is amazing and exhausting in equal measure!! I have switched to WS for th duration as I was so hungry last night I was shaking - not only is the course physically demanding, but I am also walking nearly an hour each way.

    Hope youre all okay, I'll try to pop back later once I've done my homework!

    Thanks. Believe me, its been hellishly hard. Yesterday I was so hungry I very nearly accepted when another girl on the course offered me a chicken sandwich - and I've been veggie for 22years!!!!:eek: But I resisted and today, whilst still hungry, I have felt in control. I was also still in ketosis this evening even though I hav eaten and have drunk about 6l of water today:p

    Physically and mentally - there's a lot of theory to learn - I thought that the glutus maximus was the largest muscle in only MY body ;)

    You're asolutely right, its been a long time since I studied, and I'm getting brain-fry:eek: But I have decided to take up my friends offer to stay for the weekend (they are away) to make the most of the quiet to study.
