I can understand why you would want to move back to SW as there is so much food you can eat. SF is usually good when people are considering CD or something because it gets them used to eating less.
I think SF will help as well as SW once I get to goal. SF will get me into eating smaller portions and SW will get me eating generally healthier. I just find with SW, I eat too much!
Anyway, hun, it'll be sad to see you go as it was nice having someone else who just moved from SW :cry:
None the less, yoou only have 27lbs too go and I think you can do it. Just stick with SW 100% for at least this week!:whacky068:

Good luck with your weight loss,someone I know started slimfast yesterday and felt it just wasnt for them,I guess it works for some but not for others?
I find it good for me because Ive never been a breakfast person in my life most days even skipping lunch and pigging out big time on an evening.
