I got some bars today from my counsellor and because id not had bfast had one of them for breakfast and a shake for lunch.
Trouble is got the family round for dinner- some of which dont know i am doing cambridge (they are the negative ones who either say its ridiculous and ill put it all back on if i lose it quickly or they say ill never do it so ive not told them)
So rather than go in kitchen while they are all tucking into chilli with freshly baked bread and then sticky toffee pudding(bitter- me- nooo lol) ive had another bar...thats two in one day?
I vaguely remember someone saying that will knock you out of ketosis- now im not happy lol!
Can someone clarify- if so how long will it take to get back in...grrrr lol!
Aside from that feel great again today was having issues with the diet but back on track(well apart from this) right i am babbling! Thanks everyone!xxx

Probably won't lnock you out of ketosis, especialli if you are past the 1st couple of weeks SS. But they might make you rather, er, windy, IYKWIM!!

Haha yes i did notice this as not so nice as it is to hear! I can cope with that as im not socialising its just peeing me off that i could have done for the sake of not getting any criticisms!
