Hi guys just a quick question and apologies if it has been asked before.

I have always ate quite a bit of fruit and I know this can sometimes make you more regular IYKWIM, but I have started to use sweetners in my tea/coffee and the cramps and wind is really uncomfortable, can sweetners do this?

I used to have just one in my morning coffee but today I have had about 3 altogether, would this be the reason for the change in, lets say, my movements?
