Are these the ones that are meant to be 1/2 a syn, as my working out on sw site says 3.5 syns.

Can someone tell me or else I have no tea :(

It still says on sw they are free am I looking at the wrong ones

Thanks

Did you include the free food allowance for the meat? This can make a big difference.

Only use the syn calculator when you can't find the product in the online syn directory!!!

The calculator is only an approximation and is often wrong!

The product is on the directory, but its wrong and has not been updated since morrisons changed the recipe, the calcultor matched the new advice being given out :D
