(sorry to be a pain) but can someone check my first days meal please

hiya, im sorry if im being a pest,but i want to make sure i get the first day right,in terms of meals and carb counting etc and that i have understand the plan properly...

B - scrambled egg, bacon & mushrooms (2.4g carbs)

L - chicken & salad (5.5g carbs)

D - cheese & mushroom omlette, chicken breast & brocolli (6.4g carbs) used 1 butter pat for frying off mushrooms

- half bowl of sugar free jelly
- 3.5g of cheddar cheese used thorugh the day with lunch and dinner
- black tea, peppermint tea with 1 sachet of splenda (not sure if i have to count the carb for this, read that 1 sachet is 1g ?!?!?)

total carbs used = 15.3

again, im sorry to be a pest lol....
