yeah i want something i can get from a super market but thankyou XXXX nipping to asda in my lunch i know heinz tomato is my fave but it's like 10 syns for a big tin

There are loads of tinned/plastic pot soups that are HE-B choices. I like the Baxters Healthy Choice ones as they're really hearty (but only half a can is a B).
If you've got a sainsburys, their 400g cans of BGTY soups are a B too. There's a parsnip and butternut squash one that's lovely.

i'm going to asda i wanted to get one of those big plastic pots but i'm not sure how many syns they are i want something quite filling as its all i'm having till later i dont mind having it as both my heb s

If you're going to Asda, get the chickpea dahl. Ok, technically it's not soup, but it's hearty, filling, warming and FREE on green/EE :)

I got the chickpea dhal the other day...its not free Hun, its 3.5 syns for the can (I checked on the SW website)....absolutely worth it and soooo yummy!!!

Weight Watchers Chicken Noodle soup is 2½ syns per 265g tin - it's not a very big serving but it is tasty....

Nah tis curry, but it's just chickpeas and quite thick. If you make your own you can make it quite soupy. It's really filling. I eat it on its own sometimes at work, or sometimes if I'm making home made curry I serve it as a side dish. It's so tasty!
