they really are worth the syns - the only quorn I can eat without having to burn it / cover it in a sauce!

They are on offer in sainsburys for anyone wanting to try them. I dislike anything made from quorn but I have to say these are really nice. I like them chopped up in savoury rice for a tasty lunch to take to work. Definately worth the syn value.
