Soya Flour

I made some soya flour cookies today, and OMG they were disgusting :sign0137:
I didn't know that you had to ratio it out with normal flour, like 2:1 or something like that
Oh well, I can't have normal flour yet so, anyone any idea of what I can use this soya flour for?

Can you mix it with flaxmeal not something I have tried,but it may be worth a go.

Try the flaxmeal instead, I made some lovely nutmeg flaxmeal biscuits at the weekend.
