Hi Guys..
I went to my mates earlier & she cooked me spag Bol- and trying
To figure out the points I had about 80g of spaggeti pasta. 40g mince- the sauce & 60g of cheese of think would Apprichiate the help thanks!xx

Going off when I made mine I think 40g of dried pasta was 4pp, 125g of lean mince was 6pp, 30g of low fat cheese was 2pp and I used the ww sauce which was 2pp for the jar. Dont know if that will be any help to you x

Thanks any estimate is good cause don't no the weights or Anything she just slumped it on my plate I put about 20 points down?
