OK, so it's my first day on ww - going well so far! I've stuck to the plan, walked home from work and I'm going to jump on my exercise bike a bit later - so feeling quite positive! So today:

Breakfast:

Lunch

Cinnamon and Raisin Bagel 6pp

Dinner

Spag bol 14pp


Snack

2 Kallo Choc covered rice cakes 3pp

I'm also going to have some fruit a bit later

hope you are doing well with ww. how are you finding the program so far? where did you buy the choc rice cakes? i buy the ones in aldi and they are 2pp each im liking the sound of 2 for 3pp lol
