I always have sparkling water. I find it is so much easier to manage the daily litre requirements

ive never liked the taste of sparking water but they say it is nice with some exante powder juice mix but not tried it...

Its nice with the Peach powder in it - I dont usually go for 'peachy' flavours but the Exante powder is really nice.
