My pharmacist said yes to 'perfectil' but no to a Holland and Barrett formula (although I didn't completely trust what he said as he didn't look very closely). Keep in mind they may upset your tum as you're not eating solids and you hair/nail growth will slow down because you are eating so few calories regardless of what you take.
