special k bars as B

Hi can anyone tell me what special k bars i can use as a B choice? I cant get hoild of my consultant to get the password to check.

No special K bars are HEBs I'm afraid - the closest thing would possibly be Kellogg's All Bran Honey and Oat Bar, 27g

Just got the password so managed to look. They are only 4 1/2 syns each so will syn them as i stocked up because i was cc.
