Special k bars & swedish meatball syn values please (on ee plan)

Hiya does anyone know the syns value of a special k bar please?

And also how many syns in Swedish meatballs please? Fresh ones not tinned. I am very new to this site and aw so apologies in advance if the answer is staring me in the face!

Also is it true that tinned spaghetti hoops etc are free on extra easy?

Special K bar contains no free food so you can work it out at 1 syn per 20 calories, which looks like it's between 4 and 5 syns depending on flavour.

Swedish meatballs we'd need a bit more info, it depends on whats in it - what brand and exact name is it? Or you could post the nutritional values and someone can work it out for you.

Spaghetti hoops are free on EE, yes
