Can anyone tell me how many syns are in the different types of Special K? I have 4 boxes in the cupboard and don't want to waste them now I'm on SW.

Berry Bliss
Honey and oats
Fruit and nut clusters

berry bliss - can find red berries which is 5 syns per 28g or bliss creamy berry cruch - 5 1/2 syns per 28g
honey and oats - 5 1/2 syns per 28g

No sorry, only the Sustain. The ordinary Special K doesn't have enough fibre to count and actually has more sugar than a lot of the kiddies cereal.
