I had this little pot of yummyness last night. I can t find it s syn value anywhere. Any help would be really appreciated. Otherwise I will do the 1 syn per 20 cals

The only one I could find was Ski. 120g which was 3.1/2 syns.

What make and size was yours? It would or could make a difference.

Aldi specially selected other flavours is 10.1/2syns.

The only other way to do it is. If you give me numbers under the 100g column.

Need

Cal's. Protein. Fat. Carbs. And the size of the pot I can find it on estimating syns.
