Speed foods?

    Hey everyone!

    I've eaten really well this week on the EE plan yet when sneakily weighed myself this morning I haven't lost anything!!! Is there anything I can do today to maximise the possibilty of a good weight loss in the morning when I go to group?! :sigh:

    Remember not all scales are the same the ones at slimming world are more accurate, dont worry to much you may still have lost. You could try eating super speed foods today but im not sure if it will have a big effect by tomorrow. Try not to worry to much if you have sts then theres always next week and at least its not a gain. I dont weigh myself between weigh ins and dont own any scales. However i once weighed myself at my mums and the scales said i gained 5lbs but when i went to slimming world i actually lost 3.5. Good luck honey chin up xx

    Thanks...I know I'm probably panicking unnecessarily but I really need this! Congrats on your weight loss so far! That's fab!

    I'm just about to tuck into some melon :)
