Hi all

Dont post I just tend to read lol think its brilliant how everyone has helped each other out..

Ive been sticking pretty well to my plan and ive got to say this site has helped! Some great ideas and stories to keep me going. I was just wondering if theres any other speed or superspeed foods that you know of?

All the speed and superspeed foods are listed in the SW book - they have an S or SS next to them.

If you do a search on here, someone has listed them all
